Yes. The management contract guides the relationship between the landlord and the property manager on their various roles and responsibilities.
Property management fees are charged for the day to day running of a property. The fees are based on the total gross monthly collections.
For example, a 3 bedroom apartment with gross rent of Kes. 50,000 will be charged Kes. 4,000 management fees.
